Job Summary
As a Telemarketing Department Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the telemarketing division. Your goal will be to hire, train and supervise all telemarketers to generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Duties
- Schedule & conduct interviews
- Provide Supervision and training for all telemarketers
- Verify and enter all appointments scheduled by telemarketers
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Experience in inside sales or customer service
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Strong business development acumen
- Familiarity with technical sales processes

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
