We're looking for a full-time painting professional with the experience to lead, manage and operate our industrial paint/coating department. You'll start off getting to know our products and process, and eventually assist in hiring, mentoring, and managing several painters and blasters.

Ecopool is building the world's largest swimming pool manufacturing plant in Central Texas. Ecopool is a brand new category of swimming pool that uses shipping containers and an innovative factory manufacturing process. This patent pending shipping-container based technology will soon change the industry.
Job Details:
This position will be responsible for both the spray application polyurea using a Graco high tech spraying rig. This is a hands-on position that will focus on prepping and spraying the steel structure that forms the swimming pools.
Anyone with automotive, bedliner, aerospace, or industrial coating experience are encouraged to apply. Experience applying Polyurea or experience painting cars is a plus but not required.
Standard preparation such as brushing, high-pressure water blasting, masking, sealing, cleaning (wipe-down), and precise mixing of components will be performed. This team Member will be responsible for the upkeep of the equipment and the cell. Additional bonus points if you can operate a telescoping forklift (telehandler).
