Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes
- Provide basic information to clients regarding company services or products
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Strong clerical skills including data entry and record keeping
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Must speak Spanish
