KPMG is currently seeking an Intern, to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.
Support behavioral research and build a persona repository
Update existing personas with new research
Set up and support feedback collection from end user communities
Support content development for internal portal sites
Design interactive user journeys
Recent graduate from an accredited college or university; maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher
College coursework or seasonal work experience in an operations or a business-related field
Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Highly motivated and analytical with the ability to work with remote/distributed teams and professionally communicate with all levels of management
Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, organizational and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; Ability to build productive relationships with peers
Ability to work forty hours per week from January 2020 through early December 2020
