We have immediate openings for CSR Agent to train directly with our respected leadership team. We strive to create a consistently happy experience for all prospective and current clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
· Take initiative and resolve any escalations or complaints
· Process orders with high level accuracy
· Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands at all times
· Document and update customer records based on interactions
