The Customer Care Licensed Representative primary responsibility is to perform both insurance license related duties and satisfy LeasingDesk customers' and clients’ needs. Additionally, Licensed Insurance Agents will provide assistance with policy changes, payments, billing issues, and claims information.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer inbound calls and assist callers with their renters insurance questions
  • Take personal ownership in providing excellent customer care
  • Greet each caller with enthusiasm and courtesy
  • Always listen fully and validate the customer’s need prior to responding
  • Treat every customer, business partner and colleague with respect
  • Know and be able to communicate the benefits and variables of the eRenterPlan products
  • Provide support for insurance enrollments, policy changes, payments, policy questions
  • Respond to resident/property phone calls promptly, and make necessary adjustments and/or corrections
  • Maintain detailed written notes for all customers
  • Scan and upload all pertinent customer documents
  • Be pro-active in growing the company and providing the most benefit to our insured residents by:
o Converting canceling policies
o Up selling additional coverage
o Offering additional coverage options
  • Respond and set up requests that come through fax and email
  • Maintain individual and team goals as outlined in the job standards
  • Support other Customer Care colleagues
  • Provide effective written and verbal communication both internally and externally
  • Be prompt, flexible and reliable
  • Share process improvements, comments/suggestions, website enhancements, etc. with other team members and management
