We offer a variety of highly specialized procedures that utilize the latest medical technology.
Responsibilities:
- Perfom insurance benefits verification in accordance with policy, workflow and department goals
- Review and interpret insurance policies and contracts
- Communicate with insurance companies to obtain information and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all insurance verifications
- Communicate daily with front office staff/scheduling
- Identify potential billing issues and forward to appropriate team
What you will need:
Experience:
- At least 2 years of recent direct experience with a specialty physician group practice (or extremely similar) required; 3+ years highly preferred
- NOTE: dental, vision, physical therapy, mental health, and chiropractic experience will not be considered towards the “specialty” requirements for this position
- At least 2 years of experience using an EMR required; Experience with ModMed / EMA preferred
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid guidelines

Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency required
- Related classes or certificates preferred
