Real estate development and property management company in San Jose has an immediate opening for Accountant Assistant. Work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, PT or FT. Office is located in North San Jose (near Milpitas). This is a full-time position, however part-time employment is available is candidate can complete at least 30 hours a week.

Responsibilities: Candidate(s) will be responsible for general accounting activities, invoices, processing AR, weekly report, account reconciliation, budgeting, cost analysis, etc.

Desired Skills / Experience: Accounting, financing, or business related major with general bookkeeping experience is preferred. This job requires great knowledge and skill in Microsoft excel, Word, and/or any accounting software. Candidate(s) must be self-motivated and have the ability to multi-tasking. Excellent coordination skills and communication (written and verbal) skills are required.
