We are currently looking to hire an AV/IT Logistics Coordinator to join us and play a critical role in supporting the front-line team within Global IT in Seattle.

The successful AV/IT Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for all conference room physical setup and teardown in conjunction with Global IT operations. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Table/Chair/ physical equipment setup/strike.
Proactive system checks of AV/VC conference rooms to ensure functionality.
Adjust work schedule to meet Amazon business needs.
Provide productive feedback and process improvement ideas to improve the service.

The AV/IT Logistics Coordinator is a member of the larger IT team within Global IT and will specifically support the Digital Media Associates and Technicians in daily projects and activities as directed. AV/IT Equipment Coordinators have the ability to move up 50lbs. AV/IT Logistics Coordinators are also responsible for the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty. All AV/IT Logistics Coordinator positions will be on a rotation shift schedule between days and nights. This position reports directly to the AV Manager.

Basic Qualifications
Ability to configure conference room layouts for meetings/events that require a layout change.
Preferred Qualifications

1-3 years experience working in facilities related field or corporate conference room space.
1-3 years working in the AV space including setting and striking of rooms and troubleshooting AV equipment issues.
Experience in maintaining inventory levels including storage and procurement
Excellent customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives
