HR Front Desk/Assistant:

A very well known, top, major South Florida Hospital chain is seeking a HR Front Desk/Assistant for their Coral Gables branch division. Position Title: HR Front Desk/Assistant

Location: Miami, Florida (Coral Gables)

Salary: $14 per hour

Opportunity: Temporary to Permanent role

Technical Skill Set Required:

The main role will be answering heavy phones and handle fast paced, busy front desk walk-ins.

Candidate should have extensive experience in filing, communication and customer service skills

Typing 35 wpm minimum, familiarity with Word. Detail oriented, excellent organizational and time management skills.

Requires a high degree of confidentiality, and ability to work independently.

Job Requirements

To qualify, candidates must have:

*Minimum of 3 year of clerical/reception experience preferably in human resources
