Job Summary

  • Administers biweekly, monthly, and quarterly incentives for Originations and Servicing divisions, by ensuring manual and hybrid plan submissions are submitted accurately and timely each period.
  • Maintains monthly audit reconciliations and FLOD request by preparing all required reports and approval documentation timely and accurately.
  • Provides expertise and support by prioritizing inquires and special requests ensuring timely resolution and follow up, engaging appropriate functional partners when necessary to drive issue resolution.
  • Tests incentive plan calculations, reports and compensation statements in custom database/system for all new plans and plan changes for both Originations and Servicing.
  • Develop and maintain procedures by ensuring that all processes are documented and updated with any new processes or changes. Maintains guidelines and documentation for incentive compensation process flow.

Assist with payroll inquiries and transactional items by supporting Workday loads and processing on demand request.
