Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, bilingual Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role involves providing top-notch customer service, driving sales, and effectively promoting our innovative products. Compensation:

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Utilize your product knowledge to recommend and demonstrate our mobile phones and services.
- Accurately process sales transactions using our POS system.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of Snapfōn® products.
- Address customer inquiries, issues, and returns promptly and efficiently.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting our products and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Experience:
- Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics or technology, is preferred.
- Proficiency in retail math and experience using customer resource management (CRM) software.
- Strong customer service skills with a knack for resolving issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations is a plus.
