Job Summary

We are currently looking for qualified Management candidates. To be considered, candidates must possess the following:

  • Career minded individuals with a passion to succeed.
  • Minimum 1 year previous McDonald’s Restaurant or relevant Store Manager/ Department Manager/ Hourly Shift Management experience.
  • The ability to create a fast pleasant environment for guests.
  • Daily hands on person, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time.
  • Managing staff throughout their shift and providing feedback.
  • Handling customer feedback positively and promoting return business.

General Managers: You will manage a business which requires supervision of crew to ensure top-quality customer care in a fast-paced environment.

  • Train and motivate your team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Be able to multi-task and think outside the box, while placing emphasis on delegating tasks to your team.
  • Place heavy emphasis on peak periods (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and manage your employees to achieve their targets.
  • Effectively implement restaurant systems (i.e training, scheduling, ordering) and follow-up with your team to maintain consistency.
  • Have the ability to work with the supervision of your Area Supervisor to achieve goals.
  • Hamburger University (ROLP) Graduates are Preferred.

Department Managers: You will work within a management team under the direct supervision of your General Manager to cohesively achieve excellence in customer service and sales building.

Shift Managers: You work with your management team to achieve goals and targets while maintaining excellent customer service. All Managers may be responsible for the following: - Food Safety- Internal Communication- Training- Scheduling- Daily maintenance and cleanliness- Inventory control- Quality Food Preparation- Above and beyond Customer Service Salary/Wage are dependent upon experience level and qualifications, please inquire for more information.

Manager in Training: You will work with the management team to contribute to goals and targets while learning basics of customer service, hospitality and managing a restaurant.

$3,000 per year in tuition reimbursement for college students for eligible managers after 90 days of employment (ONLY 15 hours per week required)!
