Here's how this role will help:
Coordinate and facilitate the Regional S&OP meeting to achieve the demand plan consensus including strategic, product, sales and marketing activities as well as supply plan balance and constraints/gaps.
Track performance metrics and analysis to identify both opportunities and risks within S&OP processes and reporting.
Work in collaboration with supply planning and logistics to evaluate the demand/production plan against inventory, capacity and external factors. Recommend mitigation actions if needed.
Work with supply chain leaders, planners and commercial in prioritizing demand when the demand exceeds supply.
Compile, analyze and report S&OP KPI’s for NA Supply Chain (all business units). Identify significant business risks and escalate to the appropriate leadership teams.
Participate as a key member of the monthly business unit S&OP meetings to help facilitate decision making, including decisions around forecast risk, impact of demand on operations, inventory levels, and the impact to customer service.
Provide inputs and provide analysis, as required, in support of the Global S&OP
Support Head of NA Regional Ops/Supply Chain with data collection, analysis, presentations, management reporting and initiatives, as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Must possess knowledge of supply chain, planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
Must possess strong analytical, organizational, communication, systems thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills. Must have the ability to multi-task and have meticulous attention to detail. Must Excel spreadsheet skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
Position functions autonomously.
Minimum of a Master's degree (or equivalent) and 8-10 years of experience preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
APICS professional certification preferred.
Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents. Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence. Ability to work with groups of people such as other departments and communicate known concepts. Ability to present to a group of departments.
Ability to perform computations such as percentages, ratios, and rates.
Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions that require some ingenuity and analysis. Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems.
Typically sitting at a desk or table. Intermittently sitting, standing, walking or stooping. May be required to stand; walk; stoop; bend; kneel; and climb steps. May require use of hands and use of arms. Sedentary lifting requirements.
Normal office situation. Minimal travel required.
