Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates through cold calling, networking, research, data mining, and the use of some of the best tools in the industry.
Collaborate with our team to understand specific position requirements, job responsibilities, and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent for our clients
Conduct phone screen of potential candidates to evaluate and assess their interest level and vet their qualifications
Utilize and maintain related files and systems for status tracking, analysis and reporting purposes through thorough documentation
Interview, extend offers, and negotiations for candidates
Ability to manage recruiting resources, such as job boards, social media and web crawlers.
Proven success identifying qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national level for a variety of positions at multiple locations.
Extensive knowledge of all full life-cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking and assessing candidate skills.
Ability to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback.
Can handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Ability to adapt and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent writing, communication and Microsoft Office skills.
Bachelors Degree preferred
1 to 3 years sourcing and recruiting experience preferred.
Salary or Salary Range:
Base + Commission
