ECOMMERCE WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR
The eCommerce Website Administrator will be responsible for triaging and supporting issues for the Follett's ecommerce platform. This role is part of the Level 2 Support Team that will triage website issues, resolve or further escalate to the IT dev team. The position requires a candidate who has technical, problem-solving, and communication skills, in addition to a strong desire to learn about eCommerce technology. The role will include technology and platform-specific training, as well as on-going knowledge sharing.
Level 2 Support:
Resolve or escalate website operation issues from stores, customers and internal teams. Track results to ensure compliance with SLAs.
Proactively train, implement policies/procedures and motivate teams to reduce escalation.
Perform overall analysis to determine recurrent issues and make recommendations to reduce the number of escalated phone calls transferred.
Create and maintain store webpages using utilities such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and IBM WebSphere Commerce.
User Acceptance Testing:
Test new website features for bugs and functionality after each sprint release and share feedback with development team.
Support ecommerce product team in development of requirements of new features and functionality.
