Job Description
As a Social Content and Engagement Strategist, you will be responsible for writing, pitching, editing, and producing content for client’s brand channels, and assisting on cross-platform campaigns and initiatives. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our brand message across various social media platforms.
In addition, the Social Analyst may conduct community conversation audits to identify key online influencers and trends as it relates to client projects. The Social Content and Engagement Strategist will also provide community insights that will be used to hone and improve client campaigns and programs, as well as generate content performance analysis and insights.
Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Copywriting: Develop high engagement and error-free content and creative for various social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, X, Instagram, Pinterest, and others.

Audience Engagement and Brand Voice: Write copy that captures the attention of our online community, sparks conversations, and encourages interaction with our brand; in their voice and tone, ensuring consistency in messaging across all social channels.

Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create a content calendar that aligns with our marketing objectives and target audience.

Campaign Support: Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to support both one-time and always-on campaigns across various social media platforms.

Ideate, pitch, and create repeatable talent formats that resonate with our target audience.

Collaboration: Work with integrated teams to ensure proper messaging is being executed online and that it is relevant to client goals.

Strong organizational skills: Juggle multiple projects with tight and overlapping deadlines as well as oversee and maintain a weekly production schedule.
Qualifications

5-7 years of professional work experience (experience at digital, advertising, public relations or marketing agency preferred), as a guide

Must be a sports enthusiast

Background knowledge of major and emerging social channels, and a true passion for the social media marketing space

Knowledge of social media best practices, trends and analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly; keen eye for detail also required

Collaborative team player able to integrate with a diverse, talented team

Must have active accounts across key social media platforms including, but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest

Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Open and receptive to effectively receiving guidance and input from various stakeholders, including clients, managers, senior leadership and colleagues

Interest in, and knowledge of HBO and HBO Max programming is imperative to the role

Must be able to work on site 3X a week.

Compensation Range: $73,500 - $123,500 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
