Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operation products, is searching for a 1st Shift Inventory Solutions Technician in our Distribution Center for our Columbus, OH location. We are looking for a hardworking and customer focused individual.
Our Inventory Solutions Technician will perform all clerical and physical duties required to maintain the efficient operation of the inventory control within the warehouse. This includes but is not limited to recounts, missing parts inventory searches, monitoring items and auditing.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent

This position requires the ability to lift objects weighing sixty (60) pounds floor to waist, waist to shoulder and shoulder to overhead
This position requires the ability to frequently walk and stand on concrete floors
This position requires the ability to sit for long periods of time working on a computer
This position requires the ability to do occasional neck flexions, extensions and twisting while sitting, standing or squatting
This position requires the ability to frequently bend and twist the back
This position requires the ability to finely manipulate and grip objects
This position requires the ability to climb, squat and reach overhead to gain access to higher and lower shelves
$15.00/hour starting rate
The hours are 5:30am- 2:00pm, Monday through Friday. The hours may change to mid-shift hours after training.
