The Manager supports donor recruitment, development, cultivation and solicitation of mid-level donors ($200-$1000) via multi channels (direct mail and online) with an emphasis on cultivation and stewardship of individual donors, family foundations, monthly giving campaigns, and soliciting for and advancing the major giving program of CRS projects ($1000+). The Mid-Level Giving Manager utilizes personalize communications as well as direct mail, social media and online giving platforms to support the acquisition, engagement and solicitation of mid-level donors. The Manager monitors performance, program areas of interest, and works to ensure consistency in messaging and voice across all communication and fundraising platforms. The Manager also works to develop strategies to upgrade mid-level donors to major donors giving $1,000 or more.
Steward and grow a portfolio of mid-level donors ($200-1000); build relationships through personalized communication and phone calls and other ongoing contact.
Develop innovative ways to engage mid and major donor prospects.
Act as primary contact for donor inquiries
Assist in strategy development for major giving campaigns.
Meet minimum annual unrestricted and restricted fundraising goals.
Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel fundraising and engagement efforts including print and digital development and programs team for appropriate fundraising content.
Track quantitative and qualitative campaign results and compile relevant reports for management, including development of a pipeline report for weekly updates.
Track all mid-level donor engagement via constituent management system.
Assist in development and execution of fundraising events to support major giving.
Manages daily constituent management as needed (receipts, donor inquiries, data entry)
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum three years progressively increasing development experience with demonstrated track record of ability to solicit and steward gifts of $500 and more.
Excellent communication skills coupled with strong writing and presentation skills.
Working knowledge for CRM software
Self-motivation and initiative. Creativity in conceptualization of fundraising campaign opportunities.
Some travel may be required.
