Specific Responsibilities:

Collaborate with designers to create and execute computer generated graphics and prints for all the brands.

Execute repeat patterns and color ways on purchased artwork, as well as develop original prints and patterns.

Design all graphic and CAD related artwork for the collection.

Design and execute all details for hand tags & packaging.
-
Create tech packs for all artwork using computer programs & follow up on all details with overseas office.

Ability to interpret trends as they apply to each brand.
Competencies:
-
Minimum 3-5 years of experience.

AS or BA degree from an Art and Design college. Preferred majors: Graphic Design or Textile Design

Software requirements: Illustrator, Photoshop, Ned Graphics, 3D software knowledge preferred.

The aptitude and ability to learn 3D Software while on the job.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Basic print and packaging design a must.

Strong technical skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills: able to build relationships and contribute in a team setting.

Ability to utilize resources and resolve problems quickly.

Well-developed organizational skills with ability to organize data, time and multiple tasks.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Compensation/Benefits:

The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00 per hour. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
