As part of the Personal Trust team this position will use their professional, administrative and client orientated skills to provide full-time support to their team members as well as serve as a client liaison in their absence.

Candidate must have a professional, can-do, client orientated demeanor and the ability to perform advanced, complex, diverse, and confidential support duties such as:

Gain knowledge of accounts and methods of assigned Relationship Managers's organization so that clients' needs are handled in an efficient manner
Assist in new account set-up.
Prepare check requests and deposits
Review daily reports for assigned Relationship Manager
Assemble and prepare reports and materials for meetings and appointments
Attend client meetings and Trust Administrative Committee(TAC) to help build relationships and gain knowledge
Prepare Discretionary Distribution requests
Assist in Estate filing
Research potential issues and identify solutions timely and accurately
Prepare and or review correspondence initiated by the assigned Relationship Manager
Responsible for filing and scanning documentation in a timely and efficient manner
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational sessions
Other projects as assigned

QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Associates Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Strong attention to detail & excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software systems
Proficient in basic math, calculating and grammar skills
Strong verbal communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
