About the Role
Plenful is hiring a Talent & People Operations Manager to lead our talent acquisition and people operations efforts, with a strong emphasis on supporting our rapidly growing sales team and overseeing key HR functions. We're looking for an experienced leader who excels in recruiting top talent and is eager to broaden their skills and responsibilities across HR and people operations as we continue to scale. We are based in San Francisco but are open to candidates located across the United States
What You'll Do
Recruiting

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies and creative sourcing methods to attract top-tier talent

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify ideal candidates and facilitate a smooth interview process.

Screen resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Organize and attend recruitment events, maintain the applicant tracking system, and manage candidate communications.

Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs, and assist in developing interview questions and assessment tools.
People Operations & HR Support

Maintain employee records and HR databases, and assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed.

Coordinate training and development programs, and support employee engagement initiatives and events.

Address employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures, and ensure a positive candidate experience from onboarding to offboarding.

Develop and implement onboarding programs, prepare new hire paperwork, and coordinate orientations.

Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires and manage the offboarding of departing team members.
Qualifications

5-10 years of experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles

Capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience building teams at startups and a deep enthusiasm for recruitment

Experience or a strong willingness to learn and execute a variety of people operations and general HR functions

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Competence in managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other HR softwares
