Position Summary:
Halff has an opening for a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Water Resources group in the Richardson, TX office.

Qualifications:
BS degree in Civil Engineering
Master’s degree is preferred
0-3 years experience supporting projects in water resources planning, hydrology and hydraulic modeling, and other engineering tasks preferred.
Passed FE exam
Skills Desired: Microstation or AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ArcGIS, XP-SWMM, InforWorks ICM
