As part of the Undiscovered and Small Business Accelerator (USBA), Amazon has committed $150 million to empower Black entrepreneurs through the Black Business Accelerator (BBA), which provides access to educational, financial and advisory resources that support Black-owned business owners to succeed as sellers in Amazon’s store. We are seeking an experienced influencer & digital marketing manager to lead our selling partner influencer & digital marketing strategy. In this role you will partner across the entire USBA organization to develop and execute on an Influencer & Digital Marketing Strategy in support of our selling partners, while working in partnership with current Amazon Influencer and Digital Marketing teams.
The right candidate is a highly motivated, innovative and performance-oriented individual that can partner to develop the USBA Influencer & Digital Marketing model. The role will focus on the growth of the Influencer and creator function, driving strategy across the organization. You will drive the long-term vision and plans in addition to supporting a team of individuals focused on Influencer and Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between right and left brain thinking, with their day-to-day including both creative and innovative thinking and diving deep in data and measurement. The ideal candidate is also a builder, one who is able to dive deep to understand Amazon’s current Influencer & Digital Marketing model, ultimately taking those insights to build a dedicated model for the USBA organization. This role is ideal for a self-starter, dynamic and proactive individual with excellent writing skills, sound understanding of the latest Influencer, Digital Marketing and social media landscape and has the ability to multi-task. This person should be creative, results oriented, relentlessly focused on the customer, and push to uphold high standards in the Influencer & Digital Marketing space that will benefit our selling partner community. In this role, the candidate will work with the USBA Integrated Marketing and Communications Leader to define and roll out a USBA/BBA Influencer & Digital Marketing Strategy, which includes the development of core KPIs. Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for measuring, maintaining and improving discoverability and growth of our selling partner products, in the process working closely with internal business teams and stakeholders. You must have the ability to work on tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. The role requires the person to manage and influence, needing to be completely hands-on when required. Candidates who think on their feet, delight in innovative yet effective solutions should apply.
Success in this role requires having a passion for Small Businesses, as well as a strong backbone, great communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to deal with a significant amount of ambiguity while building.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
