General Job Description:
The overall objective of the Assistant General Manager (AGM) is to ensure the success of the restaurant through principle centered leadership as measured by the objectives set forth by the General & Regional Manager.
The Assistant General Manager must:
· ¨ Plan, Lead, Direct the entire restaurant staff and management.
· ¨ Achieve all of the company and restaurant goals.
· ¨ Ensure that all of Doolittles Standards of Excellence are met.
· ¨ Optimize Sales & Profits.
· ¨ Oversee and Implement Policy and Procedures.
· ¨ Achieve Labor Goals.
· ¨ Improve Vital Signs.
· ¨ Improve Sales.
· ¨ Embrace Guest Obsession in everything we do!
· ¨ Demonstrate great organizational and communication skills.
· ¨ Exude Hospitality thereby setting the tone for guests and staff!
Requirements:
Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
Excellent understanding of MS Word & MS Excel. Publisher a plus.
Superior organizational and communication skills are absolutely required!
