POSITION OVERVIEW

The Contract Support Assistant (CSA) position provides contract-related administrative support through all phases of contract award, administration, and closeout. The CSA will provide day-to-day office management support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

General office management support, such as logistical support, typing, document review for content and format, filing, files maintenance, copying, scheduling meetings/rooms and calendar management.
Assist with vendor Invoice processing.
Prepare minor contract modifications and supporting documentation for actions such as funding, award fee, period of performance extension and administrative modifications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Detail-orientated
Ability to work within customer oriented environment
Ability to participate productively in a Team Environment
Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and electronic
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Display a high level of initiative, effort and commitment
Education: Required: High School Graduate; Preferred College Degree
Experience: 2-5 years in a related position.
