Experienced in handling a wide variety of administrative and executive support related tasks
Order supplies and manage inventory for all office supplies
Provide oversight of inventory control and organize storage rooms
Assist with office visitors and guests
Point of contact for property manager, neighboring tenants, vendors, and package deliveries.
Assist all departments with conference room scheduling, department lunches, and in-house events
Communicate daily with Director of Operations, IT Manager, and cleaning staff
Computer skills are mandatory
Highly motivated, self-starter while also being a team player.
Highly organized, displays time management skills
Capable of being in a small business atmosphere that is laid back, casual and friendly but professional and nimble
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
Compensation will commensurate with experience
Vacation that includes 10 days of PTO plus 8 major holidays
