Strategic lead across the agency for programattic efforts. Take ownership of programattic offering, constantly pushing the agency forward. Responsible for thought leadership, new business/pitch support, client relationships and training.

Lead overall programmatic efforts across the agency
Lead development of programmatic roadmap expanding efforts to TV, video, radio and other applicable channels
Develop strategy and partnerships to leverage first party data for audience targeting
Communicate programmatic value, benefits and capabilities to internal teams, agency stakeholders and clients
Evaluate programmatic marketplace and share on going developments in the space with organization, clients and partners
Responsible for vetting, selecting and managing programmatic supplier relationships along the Supplier Partner Team
Make recommendations to constantly evolve and improve our product offering (AdMission Platform)
Troubleshoot and resolve system and/or platform data issues as necessary
Guide programmatic team with developing appropriate programmatic strategy as part of overall media plan strategy
Work alongside research team to identify data providers
Lead internal training and education efforts
Become the go-to programmatic expert in the healthcare space through thought leadership
Partner with media strategy leads to ensure programmatic is a key part of our media efforts
Lead the development of SOP’s and best practices for campaign launch and optimization efforts
Support the Supplier Partner Team to build secure high quality inventory and leverage private market places and direct buys as needed
Work alongside Customer Insights and Analytics department to create SOP’s for measurement and reporting
Support new business efforts and pitches

Requirements

10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on programattic
Bachelors degree
Experience with large scale DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk
Experience with 3rd party data providers such as Axciom
