The Company
Ekonkar Motors is a full service specialty automotive repair, performance, and sales facility located in Scotch Plains, NJ. The Company is a family owned and operated business that has been in business for the last thirty years in the same location. Ekonkar Motors is seeking the right team of people to progress into new markets and take the company to a new level.
The Company is looking for an experienced executive assistant to support our CEO and assist in Sales & Marketing. Ideal candidate is passionate, organized, detail-oriented, and must be a car enthusiast. Prior Experience and Expertise in a similar role is required. Attention to details and adaptability is required. Proficiency in managing daily operations and dealing with clients as well as employee personnel is required. Automotive Knowledge and Business Acumen is preferred and appreciated.
Responsibilities
Executive Assistant to the CEO:
- Professional and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word & Outlook
- Manage confidential correspondence, appointments, calendar schedule and daily emails
- Handle personal and company confidential information in a professional matter
- Perform general clerical duties
Client Relations:
- Provide our customers with the very best service and hospitality
- Create Repair Orders and Invoice Client Work
- Assist and manage with the appointment process, vehicle repair work load, and general repair process start to finish
- Build rapport with customers previous and new and accommodate their needs
Sales/Marketing:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to enhance the sales process
- Generate and document leads for Ekonkar Motors Car Dealership and Repair Facility
- Opportunity to sell and deliver vehicles and work through the vehicle sale and delivery process
- Conduct business development and networking activities to generate sales
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Assist in coordinating traditional and online marketing, social media, advertising and sales promotional activities
Showroom Management:
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
- Organize Test Drives
- Ensure the showroom is attractive to clients. Maintain cleanliness and aesthetics.
- Maintain a friendly, inviting, modern and visually appealing showroom
