Kelly Services is looking for a Documentation Specialist III for one of their customers in Houston, TX to join their team a 4-month temporary contract.

In preparation for Baker Hughes’ separation from GE, the Sourcing Compliance Leader is looking for a contractor to support a “revamping” of all sourcing policies and procedures. The contractor does not need to have sourcing experience but should have a documentation/compliance control background.
Lead the Management of Change on Sourcing related policies and procedures
Manage draft changes and approvals
Work with key people in Sourcing, Quality, and Legal for content
Support communication on policy releases
Support responsiveness of suppliers on Conflict Mineral Reporting
Support database update of Administrative Service Provider Suppliers
3+ years’ experience in a corporate/business environment in a documentation/compliance control role
Proficient in Word & Excel
Must have at least an Associate’s degree
Very strong Oral and Written skills
Strong attention to detail and a logical thinker
