Presto is seeking an experienced VP of Product to join our product team. The ideal candidate brings experience building B2C and B2B products at scale, and is not afraid to dig in! This is an enterprise customer facing role that will have you gathering requirements and developing innovative features for major household-name restaurant brands including Applebee’s and Outback Steakhouse. You’ll do this by building new features, hiring and leading a team of product managers, and working cross-functionally with leaders across Presto’s various teams. You will be expected to drive both business results and develop new ways for restaurants to improve their operations. This position will be located in our downtown Redwood City office and report directly to the CEO.


  • Build and scale best-in-class new products
  • Become an expert in Presto’s enterprise market and users, revenue model, and sales operations
  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
  • Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Produce and review product specification documents
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
  • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users


  • 5+ years of product management experiencein B2B environments
  • Technical knowledge and ability to effectively communicate and discuss technical requirements with engineers
  • Experience with reporting and analytics solutions
  • Own product roadmaps and update these regularly with key hypotheses and milestones, determining the product and engineering teams needed to support these roadmaps
  • Establish relationships with key senior collaborators in the company, including engineering, marketing, product, data, and design
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
  • Background in software development and program management is preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile framework
