Season service technician will require the following duties.

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Be a team player, we don't have employees , we have team members.
  • Has a valid Florida Driver's License
  • Possess great communication skills and ability to think as a team player
  • Ability to pass our background check
  • Has an EPA refrigerant certificate
  • Working knowledge of subcooling and superheat
  • Minimum 5 years in the field experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot any residential system up to 5 tons, including variable speed compressors.
  • Ability to troubleshoot light commercial equipment up to and including 25 tons.
  • Have a professional appearance and attitude.

We provide a great deal of training throughout the year. All is paid for by the company. We also operate as a team and appreciate everyone's talents.

Responsibilities and Duties

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to, running demand service calls, providing cutomers with excellent customer service, showing customers their options and letting them choose what the want done, ordering / restocking the company supplied vehicle, providing quality repairs, minimizing callbacks through thoroughness, troubleshooting / repair various systems, and displaying a professional appearance at all times.

  • We structure our service flow so our techs only run 3 to 5 calls in a typical day. Occasionally we run more per tech per day, but the typical amount of calls are 3 to 5.
  • We do not run our techs 24 hours a day. This is not fair to our team members or their families. You will see right away we value our team member and their families. We take service calls in 8 am to 8 pm during daylight savings time and 8 am to 6 pm outside of daylight savings time.
  • We operate off process and organization rather than choas.
  • Our service vehicles are replaced on a regular basis and each organized the exact same way with the exact same stock. We have meetings about modifying / changing the stock or set up. In other words your opinion is highly valued.
  • Instead of telling you to sell. We instead teach everyone to just offer ALL the choices and let the customer decide. In the end it is their choice.
  • We have some of the highest , most positive reviews in the business. We get those by always doing the right thing and not being sleazeballs. If we make a mistake, we fix it, it is that simple.
