Responsibilities
- Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.
- Assesses safety and finance goals.
- Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, selecting and managing contractors.
- Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
- Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
- Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
- Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
- Developing deliverable schedules as a roadmap for the construction team
- Following the project in case there is a need to handle or supervise some tasks
- Reviewing the project in depth to determine if everything is done according to plan
- Work with designers, architects and engineers to coordinate on-site work

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
