TSYS is hiring an experienced Corporate Recruiter to our expanding Talent Acquisition team. Supporting the TSYS’ Merchant segment, this role is responsible for developing talent pipelines and cultivating our talent community. This role will support hiring needs spread across 15 offices in the US and Belfast, NI. This position will be based in Boston, MA or Tempe, AZ.
As an independent contributor, the Recruiter will regularly consult with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand candidate qualifications and develop and execute the appropriate recruiting strategy.
5+ years of progressive recruiting experience of professional positions up to Director level
Previous experience supporting Product, Technology roles preferred but not required
The Recruiter’s specific responsibilities will fall into 3 primary areas:
Sources job boards, professional associations and social networking sites. Maintain and locate qualified candidates within the applicant tracking system. Many positions require focus on passive candidates to build a database of potential candidates for hard-to-fill positions
Incorporate TSYS culture and opportunities to attract the next generation of innovators, change agents and customer advocates
Stays abreast of industry, the markets in which we operate, and new sources and means for passive candidate recruiting
Consult with hiring managers to develop and deliver recruiting strategies to meet long term talent needs
Screen candidates via phone and video interview to qualify organizational fit and skill alignment
Schedule interviews and consensus meetings with hiring teams
Partner and communicate with managers, HRBPs and senior leadership including regular status meetings
Document, track and report on Recruiting KPIs, candidate pipeline, etc.
Work with Recruitment Coordinators to perform pre-employment steps on select applicants. Educate and help facilitate successful new hire onboarding
Assist in the selection process of external staffing agencies and support contract professional hiring needs with TSYS Managed Services Provider
Participation in various projects including targeted hiring events (e.g., hackathons, professional networking events, University recruiting), D&I initiatives, onboarding, etc.
Manage all phases of offer process; ensures recruitment files are completed in accordance with compliance standards which include completion of applicant tracking and appropriate documentation
KEYS TO SUCCESS:
Minimum five years’ full life cycle experience working in a recruiting role for a corporation or staffing firm, preferably with experience recruiting for technical and operations roles
Strong consultative personality and the ability to build strong relationships with internal clients and talent
Demonstrated sourcing skills, experience with proactive sourcing methodologies, assessments and interview techniques
Must be able to plan, organize, coordinate, execute, track, and evaluate projects
Demonstrated understanding of employment laws related to hiring, expertise of recruiting principles and best practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Workday, ATS, and job boards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
