The EHS Administrative Assistant is a key contributor to the success of the EHS department. S/he fully supports the administrative needs of the US Regional Head of EHS, and two EHS Directors. S/he provides additional support to the full Boston EHS team by acting as the Financial/HR/IT systems expert, coordinating team events, and performing other administrative duties, as needed. This is an entry level position with immediate room for growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills; good data and file management skills; good written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and resourceful; able to work independently & as part of a team; proficient in M.S. Office (expertise in Excel, preferred), and comfort/confidence learning new IT systems. The successful candidate will be a positive, proactive and adaptable person who is comfortable working on a dynamic, collaborative, process-oriented team.
High School Diploma and relevant Admin Assistant experience necessary
If hired, a background check and 3 work references from prior supervisors is required
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
