Leasing Specialist / City Specialist

Atlas Lane - Washington, DC

We are looking for someone to join our growing team as a City Specialist, focusing on providing Five-Star experiences for our owners and tenants.

As a City Specialist at Atlas Lane, you'll be responsible for maintaining our leasing process by connecting renters with properties and building relationships within the local market. On a daily basis, you will facilitate showings and provide unique information and insights about specific properties. You will use this information to help renters find the best property that works for them.

Some real estate/ leasing experience is a nice-to-have, but not a need-to-have.

Overall exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
Following up with inbound and outbound leads
Converting marketing leads into sales opportunities to drive incremental business
Maintaining and enriching account data in our CRM
Working with Home Coordinators to provide optimal experiences for showings and for current tenants.

Team player:
Learn the Atlas Lane process in-depth and provide operations and sales insight to the team.
Getting your hands dirty
Know that things (mistakes) happen but work with the team to fix problems.
Be able to hold conversations on both the Operations and Sales side of the business.
Overall exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written, are a must.

Bachelor’s degree and 0-3 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
Understanding of the sales process from lead management to closing business
Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain an open and honest communication with your team and management
Independence, yet a team player mentality

This is a full-time position, with options for equity and actual impact in a company and its operations/sales process.

Compensation begins with a $35,000 base salary, including commission that is uncapped. We fully expect earnings, inclusive of the variable compensation to be annualized over $50,000.
