Kitchen Supervisor Overview:
As a Kitchen Supervisor you will provide leadership that ensures the effective and efficient operation of the kitchen & supervision of the culinary team. Help to manage the daily operations of the kitchen to maximize profitability and ensure superior guest satisfaction and product quality.
Responsibilities include:

Assists in the development and implementation of operating procedures and standards that support associates.
- Administrative skills
- Participate in the development of the menu and dining strategies to be aligned with the hotel’s targets market.
- Greeting guests and responding to queries.
- Maintaining inventory.
- Schedule appropriately with Manager
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Assisting in training and mentoring new associates.
- Supervising, supporting, and working shifts.
- Communicating with culinary and kitchen teams
Job Requirements:
