A lead sales position in a fast paced, high energy, brand recognized retail store. The ideal candidates will have a strong retail sales background, like to interact with customers and team mates, and are motivated to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
As a member of the Helly Hansen team, the Key Holder is responsible for helping create a customer focused environment, engaging with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and offer solution based sales solutions. In addition, the Key Holder is responsible for opening and/or closing the store per guidelines; ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are adhered to consistently when the leadership team is not present. The Key Holder will supervise operational functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Responsibilities include:

Requirements:
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office, stand for 8 hour shifts and lift 25+lb boxes
- Ability to partner with the leadership team on operational matters
- Must have a team-player mentality
- Flexible Schedule -Weekends are mandatory

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour based on experience and sales skills
