Homemakers and Health Services, a program of Easter Seals, provides in home, non-medical services to seniors and adults with disabilities.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to ensure compliance with all regulations, standards and policies established to provide services to our clients in our program. Responsibilities will include maintaining open communication with referral sources, providing comprehensive needs assessment for eligibility into the program, developing and maintaining consumer care plans, assisting with the recruitment, training, hiring and supervising of direct care staff and identifying problem areas and corrective actions to ensure consumer satisfaction.
Hours and Compensation: This is a part-time position (24 hours) in the greater Nashua area. Compensation is based on experience.
Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field and at least two (2) years of experience working with the elderly, chronically ill or disabled population. An insured vehicle is also required.
