Advanced Systems Group LLC provides onsite managed services for a prominent global tech company based in Mountain View. The team supports our client's executive level meetings and productions by providing content services and producing engaging events.
Currently we are looking for additional experienced Stage Manager / Show Caller to work on a project basis for live corporate events onsite in Mountain View.
Minimum 2 years experience as a Stage Manager and/or Show Caller, preferably for large or high profile events.
Experience in live event corporate settings.
Liaison between Client, Producer and production staff
Responsible for overall appearance of the event based on client requests relayed through the Producer.
Makes all calls regarding scene changes, stage moves, lighting adjustments.
Makes calls for all changes to in room projection, screens, DSMs, etc...
Preferred Qualifications: (Knowledge or expertise in)
Strong knowledge and understanding of broadcast and production technology.
Ability to multitask and adapt to rapid show-flow changes in a live and fluid environment.
Excellent control room demeanor, proven leadership skills, team-first attitude and the ability to handle pressure in a fast paced environment.
Ability to interface with both technical and creative members of the event production ecosystem.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to take a service-oriented approach to this position, with a desire to help clients achieve their best result.
Responsiveness to queries a must, with updates and follow-through.
