Training Associate

The Training Associate is responsible for supporting the Training Department in administering continuing education and training for the Firm’s employees and clients. This position reports to the Senior Director of Education. This position is located in Alpharetta, GA.

Position Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee Continuing Professional Education (CPE) records
Maintain and update Employee Training Program (ETP) records for compliance with program
Directly assist employees in completing their CPA license renewal requirements
Assist in development, scheduling, and pre- and post-logistics of live classes, on-demand training and webinars
Act as key contact person for customer service related needs of firm management and staff as well as customers of webinars and workshops
Support the training team with other duties and projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Excellent organizational and follow-through skills, performing work accurately with strong attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize a fast-paced and varied workload, effectively manage a variety of concurrent and shifting priorities
Strong computer skills, including solid skill in the Microsoft Office suite, data reporting and analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of or prior experience working with continuing education requirements for CPA renewals (or ability to learn)
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to develop rapport with a variety of personalities, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor during stressful situations
Prior experience with learning management systems (such as CE Manager) or other e-learning platforms is a plus

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 2-3 years of administrative experience, and/or appropriate balance of education and work experience.
