VNH is currently seeking an energetic, helpful, and tech savvy person to join the Information & Technology team as a Technical Services Specialist.
Responsibilities of Technical Services Specialist include:
First responder to all incoming Help Desk calls and ticket requests.
Provide excellent customer service, exceptional response time, and accurately process calls to various technicians as required.
Primary contract for user configurations and setup, and primary contact for orientation.
Manage and maintain user accounts, end user workstations, laptops, and assist in process workflow for user hires and terminations.
Qualifications for Technical Services Specialist include:
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Ability to translate technical instructions into easily understood terms for non-technical staff.
Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating system, Windows server Citric, VMWare, Microsoft Office.
Associates Degree or equivalent technical education or experience preferred
