Oral surgery office with several locations searching for experienced, detail oriented part time bookkeeper. This position requires working alongside current bookkeeper and as administrative assistant to the doctor. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Payroll
  • Check writing/bill paying for multiple offices
  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Collecting rent payments/property management
  • Handling medical insurance benefits for employees
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Maintain working relationship with CPA

The ideal candidate must be able to multitask and work in a busy environment. No 2 days are the same! Confidentiality, excellent organization skills and accuracy are extremely important. Must also be able to communicate well with the CPA, vendors, office managers and doctor.

Experience with Quickbooks and Excel is a must. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Must pass drug test and background check.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
