Job Summary:
Very professional, good at explaining plumbing problems in layman's terms * Strong customer service/communication, and people skills, very genuine and personable a must * Strong steady work history a must, currently working a strong plus * Strong residential service experience and strong troubleshooting skills a must * Strong residential install experience * Be able to climb in and out of box trucks, able to lift over 75 lbs * A CURRENT Connecticut plumbing license a must (P-2 or J-2) * Can pass the national background check and a drug test, clean driving record and current driver's license are ALL a must. * Someone passionate about being a plumber, looking for a long term career not just a paycheck; a place to call home/family! * Medical insurance provided.
Strong experience in the following:
General residential sales, service and installation of plumbing systems. Hot water heater repair and replacement. Repair and replacement of faucets, tubs, and toilets. Drain cleaning with use of conventional sewer machines. Well water systems, repair and replacement. Bathroom remodeling, house re-piping. Water treatment systems, service and installation.
Residential Service Plumber Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems in residential homes
- Resolve plumbing problems in existing homes
- Install plumbing equipment; water heaters, water treatment, faucets, and much more
- Advise and educate clients on plumbing items in their home
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Residential Service Plumber Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving
- Professionalism & attention to detail
- Customer service experience
- Clean criminal background
- Valid drivers license
- At least 3 years of experience
- A current Connecticut Plumbing license (P-2 or J-2)
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Plumber applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment drug screens and background checks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Year round work
