In this role, you'll be responsible for being a certified rockstar who generates new leads, builds relationships with potential clients, and closes sales for residential roofing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as canvassing, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our roofing products and services.
- Partner with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our roofing solutions in the market.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions.
- Excellent persuasion skills to close sales and secure profitable contracts.
- Desire to continually learn about roofing materials, installation processes, and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
