Position Description
The Formul8 Operations Manager will work collaboratively with Pulse8 operations and information system teams ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the Formul8 customer commitments. The Operations Manager will manage the ongoing operations including ensuring timely receipt, testing and loading of reference files and client files that feed the Formul8 application. They will also lead the implementation of new clients and processing one-time runs supporting the sales process.

Position Responsibilities

Ongoing Operations
Work collaboratively with the operations, development and information systems team to ensure the monthly operating cycle is delivered efficiently and effectively (timely and accurate)
Work closely with the operations and technology teams ensuring hand-offs and dependencies are understood and maintained
Define and monitor a comprehensive (data intake to dashboard) quality assurance program and related continuous improvement program
Implementation Management
Work closely with the Pulse8 Implementation team and Director of Consulting Analytics to ensure the successful set-up of new clients
Coordinate internal teams using the Formul8 Implementation Work Plan so that goals, roles and processes are understood and that implementations run smoothly internally and for customers
Ensure appropriate testing of new customer data files
Technology Platforms
Define, develop and monitor key metric reports to ensure technology is working optimally for customers
Develop and deliver against a continuous improvement program for all technology platforms in use – dashboards, cubes, warehouse, SQL, SSIS, Sisense, etc.

Minimum Essential Knowledge / Skills:
Experience leading development and operations teams in a high growth healthcare technology company
5+ years of experience with SQL, SSIS and Java
3+ years of experience with Tableau, Sisense or similar business intelligence tools
3+ years leading an information technology and business intelligence team
Ability to work within a team environment

Required Education / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
Ability to interface with both external and internal personnel at all levels
7+ years of experience in healthcare industry; pharmacy claims experience highly preferred
Experience guiding the development of scalable analytic and reporting solutions
