Customer Service Representative - Temporary - Phoenix

The Role:
Part of our team, you will answer client calls regarding delivery of employee materials, research information in the system and respond to clients directly. Also provide backup to office receptionist.

Hours:
9 to 5pm, Monday through Friday each week

Potential for overtime

Length of assignment: full time until January 31, 2019

Responsibilities:
Data Entry
Comfortable speaking with customers over telephone
Focus on customer satisfaction
Attention to detail
Projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED equivalent
1 or more years customer service experience in a professional environment
Exposure to Microsoft Office
Exposure to Salesforce a plus
