Your Role:
- Plant Care: Assist in the planting, pruning, weeding, and overall care of a diverse range of plants, trees, and shrubs.
- Landscape Maintenance: Participate in spring & fall clean ups, plant installs, mulching, and other tasks to keep landscapes looking their best.
- Problem Solving: Identify and report any signs of plant stress, pests, or diseases, and help implement solutions.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for Plants: A genuine interest in horticulture and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Positive Attitude: An energetic and enthusiastic approach to work, even in challenging weather conditions.
- Strong Work Ethic: Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to take initiative.
- Team Player: Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and kneeling.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in landscaping or gardening is preferred.

- Plant Knowledge: Familiarity with common plant species and their care requirements.
- Valid Driver's License: Ability to operate company vehicles may be required.
