- Must have prior multi-program portfolio P&L experience. - Demonstrated successful experience in growing a line of business - Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 18+ years of experience or a Master's with 16+ years of experience. - At least 6 years progressively responsible management positions. - Current active DoD Secret or higher clearance with the ability to obtain a TS or higher level clearance.
