As the Accounts Receivable Administrator I, you are a key player of the Accounting Team. Your attention to detail and organizational skills help you to compile, classify, record, verify, and maintain data and payments quickly and accurately.

Role/Responsibilities

Prepare and process daily cash and check payments.
Process daily wire, EFT, and credit card customer payments.
Process daily bad checks and similar return payment items.
Researches and applies unapplied customer payments.
Submits customer overpayments for refund approval.
Process approved customer refunds, write-offs, and transfers submitted by credit representatives.
Answer accounts receivable inquiries and follows up as necessary.
Assist with the administration of the Quarles fuel assistance program.
Cross-trains with and backs up other administration positions.
Assist in monthly and annual closings.
Key Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Two years of Account Receivable experience (preferred)
